Little Miss Gingerbread to Premiere
Charlie's newest play for children, Little Miss Gingerbread, will have its world premiere at Summit School in Winston-Salem, NC on April 17–18, 2008. The play features a gingerbread statue, Hansel and Gretel, a Food Network gingerbread house competition, and more twists, turns, and laughs than your average fairy tale. The Prince and the Slacker Debuts
Charlie's latest play for junior high students, The Prince and the Slacker, had a successful premiere in November 2007. The play is about two men who look just alike—a guy who lives in his parents' basement playing video games, and a corporate CEO. When the two accidentally switch places, hilarity ensues and both learn lots of lessons. One teacher called The Prince and the Slacker the best student production he had seen in 19 years of teaching.
